If you are like me, to say you LOVE Mexican food would be an understatement! I found this recipe for PicoDe Gallo in a magazine a few months back, and thought I would share this with you all. Enjoy!
Pico De Gallo
1 Medium tomato, diced 1/4" (1 cup)
1/4 Medium white onion, diced 1/4" (1/2 cup)
2 small serranochilies, stems and seeds removed, diced 1/4"
YUM can't imagine why you love Mexican so much :D
