Pico De Gallo

If you are like me, to say you LOVE Mexican food would be an understatement! I found this recipe for Pico De Gallo in a magazine a few months back, and thought I would share this with you all. Enjoy!

Pico De Gallo
1 Medium tomato, diced 1/4" (1 cup)
1/4 Medium white onion, diced 1/4" (1/2 cup)
2 small serrano chilies, stems and seeds removed, diced 1/4"
2 Tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp coarse salt
Mix all ingredients and enjoy!
